Update 7/18: Just after currently being on keep for 45 mins and no remedy. Gained a call expressing that the dispatcher just isn't at his office until eventually tomorrow so we really need to wait around till tomorrow for an update on our stuff!!! The one thing they know is that is not on how but! Worst enterprise ever!! Customer support is terribl
